Project Overview
This project was one of the portfolio projects I completed as a part of the Google UX Certification I recently completed.
While this client was an imaginary client, some of my testers had actually worked for companies like Custom Bikes: custom bike-building workshops that gradually transitioned to major bike suppliers through online ordering.
Because of these connections, my preliminary research really helped me get a good idea of what makes a good website. My testers then validated this over two rounds of testing, with a third round I suggest in my presentation deck to make the website "ready to go live".
